This warranty operates on a "Back to Base" policy, meaning the purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to either the place of purchase or TOCC premises.
Customers are responsible for basic chair maintenance, such as tightening screws and ensuring proper upkeep.
TOCC reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
