Terms and Conditions

Warranty Coverage:

• Chairs are warrantied based on the individual weight capacity specified in the product description.
• Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and components only.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.
• "Normal use" is defined as chairs being used for up to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
• Warranty claims follow a two-step process: we will first attempt to repair the faulty item; if repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement.

 

Warranty Limitations:

• This warranty operates on a "Back to Base" policy, meaning the purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to either the place of purchase or TOCC premises.
• Customers are responsible for basic chair maintenance, such as tightening screws and ensuring proper upkeep.
• TOCC reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

 

Cleaning Guidelines:

• For leather or pleather surfaces, use only specialized leather or pleather cleaners.
• Avoid harsh chemicals such as Handy Andy or abrasive cleaners.
• For plastic components, use a damp cloth to clean.
