- Our warranty covers defects in workmanship and components only.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper use.
- "Normal use" is defined as chairs being used for up to 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
- Warranty claims follow a two-step process: we will first attempt to repair the faulty item; if repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement.

- This warranty operates on a "Back to Base" policy, meaning the purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product to either the place of purchase or TOCC premises.
- Customers are responsible for basic chair maintenance, such as tightening screws and ensuring proper upkeep.

modify, enhance, or discontinue any product without prior notice.
